Will Babri Masjid demolition accused be punished, says Digvijay Singh

Welcoming the verdict of the apex court on Ayodhya temple, Congress leader Digvijay Singh has asked a question whether the Supreme Court has called the demolition of Babri Masjid illegal, so will the culprits be punished now?

Congress leader Digvijay Singh wrote in his tweet , “We are grateful to everyone for the decision of ‘Ram Janmabhoomi”.

Congress had always said that the solution to each dispute should be found only within the scope of laws and rules established by the Constitution. The path of demolition and violence is not in anyone's interest.

Digvijay wrote in the next tweet that, "Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Ram Janmabhoomi verdict has considered the act of demolition of Babri Masjid as an illegal offence. Will the culprits be punished? Let's see, it has been 27 years."

In another tweet, Digvijay Singh has said that 'We are grateful to all who honoured the decision of “Ram Janmabhoomi”.

 Congress had always said that the solution to every dispute should be found only within the scope of the laws and rules established by the Constitution.

 The path of demolition and violence is not in anyone's interest. Before Digvijay Singh, Congress also comment on the Ayodhya case.

Former Congress National President Rahul Gandhi had welcomed the decision of the Supreme Court and appealed to the people to accept the verdict as peaceful.
