The national webinar was organized with the voice organization with the joint efforts of National Service Planning Unit and Faculty of Education of Rabindranath Tagore University.
The theme of this webinar was 'Youth Engagement for Nation Building and Child Protection'. University Registrar Vijay Singh said in his welcome address that the youth have to play an active role in nation building. He said that this topic is contemporary today.
He expressed concern over the exploitation of children and violation of their rights. Whose quick solution was said to be urgent. Special guest Prashant Dubey, Director Awaaz Sanstha told how work is done for the safety of children. He shared his experiences and explained how children kidnapped through pencil app are rescued. Rahul Singh Parihar, ETI Instructor and Program Officer Open Unit Barkatullah University said that the youth should keep themselves aware and work in society and national interest.
Anant Kumar Saxena Program Coordinator NSS said that youth should take advantage of opportunities. They should develop far-sightedness. The program was conducted by the incumbent Raghuvanshi Program Officer, RNTU, while Rekha Gupta, Dean, Faculty of Education thanked. In this national webinar, a large number of faculty, students and parents were involved, including Kiran Mishra, Head of the Department of Education.
