Archdiocese condemns attack at Church in France

Monday, 02 November 2020 | Staff Reporter | Bhopal

Archdiocese strongly condemned the terror attack at Nice in France where three people were killed at a Church.  Archbishop Leo Cornelio SVD interacting with media said that terrorism and violence are never acceptable in a civilized society.

The act of killing the innocent people while praying has established the fact that human beings can think as equal as demons to spread hatred and violence in the society. It is very unfortunate that innocent people are killed to satisfy their cheap ego.

Archbishop expressed his deep condolence to the bereaved family members of the deceased and prayed for the departed souls.

The PRO of Bhopal Archdiocese, Fr. Maria Stephen said, “Any sort of violence and terror is against the progress of humanity.”

Like Minded people should come together to defeat the negativism of the terrorists as they are fearless towards their own God almighty, he said.
