Shahpura police nabbed three miscreants from Sevoy Market and recovered valuables stolen from four burglaries; two women were among the nabbed three miscreants.According to the police, acting on a tip off regarding three persons including two women trying to sell goods at low price were nabbed and when they were questioned they failed to provided and confessed that the goods have been burgled.
The nabbed miscreants were identified as Raipal Pardi (26) of Sehore, Sutraj Bai(40) of Kotra Sultanabad and Alpana Bai (25) of Kotra Sultanabad. They confessed stealing the goods from different areas of Shahpura. Later, in the investigation they revealed that they have committed burglaries along with their aides in the past and have helped in disposing the valuables.
After the three were nabbed police recovered one pair of silver anklet, one pair of gold ear ring, two pairs of silver toe ring, three nose rings, one gold chain, one pair of gold ear ring, computer table and other house hold goods were recovered from their possession.
The recovered valuables were over worth Rs 2 lakh. Police have registered a case under section 41 (1-4) of the CrPC and sections 379, 457 and 380 of the IPC. The number of burglaries committed by the gang is yet to be investigated. The number of accomplices who have helped the miscreants in disposing the stolen goods would be investigated.
