Sarla Birla Varsity celebrates 3rd Foundation Day

Third Foundation Day was organized by Sarla Birla University, Ranchi, Jharkhand on Wednesday, in which BK Dalan, Pro -Chancellor of the University as the Chief Guest, Treasurer of Bharat Arogya and Gyan Mandir Trust Mr. Dau Lal Binani, Sarla Binani, Chief Executive Officer of the University cum in-charge Vice-Chancellor Dr. Pradip Kumar Varma, Registrar Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh etc. jointly lit the work by lighting the lamp. 

Pro-Chancellor Bijay Kumar Dalan while highlighting the objectives of the establishment of the University said that the Birla Group always focuses on quality education.  To provide quality and research-based education is the main motto of our university. The treasurer of Bharat Arogya and Gyan Mandir, Dau Lal Binani said that the work done by the university in such a short time is commendable and praiseworthy.

The CEO cum in-charge Vice Chancellor Dr. Pradeep Kumar Verma while congratulating people on the Foundation Day said that today is a day of celebration for the university. He said that the aim of the university is to make the citizen radically qualified for a contemplative nation.

Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Kumar Singh, Registrar, SBU presented the Annual report 2019-20, wishing all officers, officials and employees on the foundation day and said that as per the syllabus new trends here, in the direction of preparing the citizens of the global mental level to achieve their goal. On this occasion, Dean ID & CS Prof. Sanjeev Bajaj, Dean Engineering Prof. Sridhar B. Dandin, Dr. Radha Madhav Jha, Dean of Humanities and Subani Bara, Principal of Nursing, also expressed their views.

On this occasion, the book of the Faculty Development Program conducted by the University was also released by all the guests.

The program was conducted by Dr. Ria Mukherjee while the vote of thanks was accompanied by Prof. Rahul Vats, DSW of the University. Finally the program ended with the national anthem.
