Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi varsity organises Yoga camp

A free online yoga camp conducted by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University, was held on Thursday.

77 participated in this camp was organized by Under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ramdev Bhardwaj, Hindi University is being conducted for the general public till June 21, 2021.

The purpose of this yoga camp is to provide physical and mental health benefits to the people during the Corona period.

To fulfill this purpose Soham Dhyan conducted today's session.

Hindi University's M. Vice Chancellor Prof. Ramdev Bharadwaj while sharing his thoughts about meditation said that freedom from depressionMeditation is the only medicine for liberation.

Yoga, meditation and yoga practice have become practical and psychological medicine for mental balance. Meditation means awareness, awareness, senses, witnessing and vision and control of thoughts is meditation.

Meditation also means memory and concentration, which makes you refreshed and recharged. Meditation also controls high blood pressure. Increases stability in the body, which makes the body strong and the mind and mind calm. The fear and tension over the emotions and thoughts of your mindRemoves the clouds of karma and establishes you in pure pure form, detached and witnessing.

Today, doctors and experts are also accepting the power and effect of meditation in such a way that meditation also increases the immunity of a person. Therefore, by meditation, immunity develops in the body. There is no stress by meditating.

There is no panic, fear and many kinds of disorders in the heart. In today's context, meditation works as a lifesaver.Under the direction of Yoga Instructor Rahul Sharma, the practitioners of the University were given "Soham Meditation" after starting the session with prayer, subtle exercises, dynamic exercises, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama. Doctors shared pleasant experiences.

Registrar Patel gave the Vice Chancellor Prof. Ramdev Bharadwaj proposed vote of thanks. Expressing gratitude to all the abhyasis involved in this program, wished everyone good health.
