Bahujan Samaj Party, for the first time in its history, has taken a big step by appointing spokespersons of the party in Uttar Pradesh in view of the 2022 assembly polls.
BSP chief Mayawati has made a big change and has now appointed three spokespersons to convey her and the party's views to the people. The BSP did not have any official spokesperson till now and only party's national president Mayawati and party's national general secretary and Rajya Sabha member Satish Chandra Mishra used to issue statements. But now the Bahujan Samaj Party has appointed three spokespersons for Uttar Pradesh.
BSP national general secretary Satish Chandra Mishra in a press statement here on Monday said Dr MH Khan, Dharamvir Choudhary and Faizan Khan would be the spokespersons of the party.
The BSP ruled UP for a long time but the party had not even used social media for a long time. BSP national president and former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Mayawati, has now become very active on Twitter for the past three years. Almost every day she tweets her thoughts. Along with this, many other leaders of the party have also become very active on social media. Party MPs and MLAs also give wide publicity to the programmes in their area through social media.
