The Bhopalites enjoyed Bundeli Gayan and tribal dance forms on Thursday at Madhya Pradesh State Tribal Museum. The performances were held under Gamak series.
'Bundeli Gayan' was performed by Sanjay Bhate and group, Sagar and Bhil tribal dance 'Bhagoria, Pali and Doha' performed by Pratap Sisodia and group, Dhar.
The presentation started with singing by Sanjay Bhate and group Dwar Bundeli, in which the song ‘Gaura Baihaan Bhola Ki Barat Hai Chali’ sung on the occasion of Mahashivaratri festival, Hardaul Charitra - Say Hardaul Bhauji Tum Moro Puran Janam Bigaro ', folklore - 'Bao ne bija ke bija, balam aisi hai naiya jija', Led - 'Boli goli si na dago dhana dhana', Warning- 'Sunalo ri guiyan, sabranas go saasare jane' and Tamura bhajans - Rachto be a world, heavy mistake. Se ',' Maram na jane koye ram tore'.
On stage he was accompanied on dholak by Sanjay Bhate himself, tabla by Prashant Srivastava, Banjo Vadan by Santhosh, in vocals Manidev Singh Thakur, Tamura Bhajan singer - Narayan Patel, co-singing - Aman Patel, Sanjay Alia, Ashish Lala, Shaifali Pawar and in the chorus - Krishna Bai, Hari Bai, Vimala Bai and Heera Bai gave the accompaniment.
Sanjay Bhate has been playing Dholak for almost thirty five years, he has done MA from Dholak and Tabla. Have done, have given presentations in many states of India along with your team in many genres such as Dholak recitation and folk song Tamura Bhajan in national and international forums, you have been awarded Ambedkar National Award in Dholak recital. Bhate has received many awards and accolades for playing dholak, he has been playing active role in all genres of folk.
The second performance was a Bhil tribal dance 'Bhagoria, Pali and Doha' by Pratap Sisodia and group. The Bhil tribal dance 'Bhagoria' is held in Phagun Mass seven days before Holi, with full enthusiasm and zeal by Bhil youths and young women with traditional colorful clothes, jewelery, which is called Bhagoria dance.
