Under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav programmes, a two-day online programme on nutrition, exercise and yoga kicked off at the Paradip Port in association with the Paradip Centre of the Art of Living on Saturday.
PPT Deputy Chairman AK Bose inaugurated the event in the presence of Honorary Secretary of the Paradip Centre of the Art of Living SK Sethi Tapas Ranjan Pati, an experienced faculty of the Art of Living.
As the nation is going through difficult times due to Covid-19, this event is also giving special focus on Covid care for the sake of PPT employees and their families. The different progarmmes include nutrition, immunity boost, home isolation care and post-Covid rehabilitation.
