So, when your greater...grander...gramps are good and show a thumbs up...after you've talked about them to the Pandas at your clan's ghat... you want to meander thro' the gullies as you're already elated with the saaree made potlis filling your hands upto your elbows...and 'fcourse that pride...unmatched victory of having procured a hefty bargain with that dukaan wale bhaiya at whom any phirang would've elatingly nursed the same pride of having shelled out what would've otherwise been thrice in Spain...Italy...wherever.
Saving from the local demi Gods with a twirling tail who might snatch your glares and rest on their nose...what a gentleman...! So , yes... you want to catch some food and coffe and this random cafe at Ghat is considerate about putting up a seating... you read Coffe Temple !
While you look for someone inside and you find... hmm... guests but no staff...
Ok , you follow few U-turns ! Around 'U' steps , you reach the floor 1 and again few more 'Us' when Moguli greets you.
Nay , not the Jungle theme some eatery !
Moguli aka Narsingh and his brother Arun Rajoria... the owners . Born in 1975 by their father as Bhola guest house , shut owing to floods when finally Bhola decides to drop school and turns U towards his father's dream.
Today, Bhola guest house is 'The Coffee Temple' and 'U-turn cafe'.
Words won't satiate your tummy! So, they serve generous portions to any order which shall leave you startled and you are making up your mind meanwhile to call back the main course since the pizza ate up all the hunger.
Kekri and Vishnu who toss, froth and deal with the pans and woks are the magic men there who want to see you happy at your table while Arun and Moguli are story tellers.
While Moguli trots the globe garnering ideas, Arun sees it back here.
Adequate and vibrant seating while you wish to read or sing or guitar or chat or just be by the ghat and sip some coffee.
And if you happen to strike a longer conversation with the brothers , make sure you reserve some space for the 'choco sauce pancake' . This one on their rooftop cafe is a trick. Like here I am writing this .
