The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI), Bhubaneswar Chapter held its annual function-cum-student felicitation event at the CMA Bhawan here on Sunday. A blood donation camp was organised in association with the Commissionerate police where over 100 units of blood were collected. State DMET Director Dr Rama Raman Mohanty inaugurated the camp.
Jajpur MP Sarmistha Sethi inaugurated the annual function as chief guest. Bhubaneswar Central Ananta Narayan Jena was guest of honour. Nalco Finance Director CMA Ramesh Chandra Joshi; CMA Dr Ashish P Thatte; CMA Niranjan Mishra and CMA Bibhuti Bhusan Nayak were special guests. Over 700 students, members, faculties and guests participated in the function.
Chapter chairman Himoj Mishra delivered welcome address and blessed the successful students for their bright careers. Chapter secretary Surya Narayan Tripathy extended a vote of thanks.
Meritorious students of the chapter were awarded with trophies for their performances in the December 2021 term examination of the ICAI.
