RNTU organises bike rally for Tiranga Yatra awareness

A bike rally was organized by Rabindranath Tagore University on Wednesday for the awareness of Tiranga Yatra under Har Ghar Tiranga initiative.

 V.D. Sharma State President Bharatiya Janata Party and Malti Rai, Mayor Bhopal Municipal Corporation flagged off.

On this occasion the Vice Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University Brahm Prakash Pethia, Registrar Vijay Singh, Educationist Amitabh Saxena and other dignitaries were present.

The journey began from Sarnath Complex, MP Nagar, Nehru Nagar, Bhadbhada Square, Polytechnic Square, VIP Road, Lalghati Square, Nadra Bus Stand, Bhopal Talkies, Jahangirabad, Chetak Bridge, Hoshangabad Road and ends at Rabindranath Tagore University campus.

Students of University, Faculty members, cadets of National Cadet Corps and volunteers of National Service Scheme actively participated in this yatra.

On this occasion, VD Sharma said that the objective of Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan is to inculcate the feeling of patriotism in the younger generation and to deepen the association with the tricolor.

This journey told about the sacrifice of the freedom fighters. Under the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, one should proudly hoist the tricolor at our homes. On the other hand, Mayor Malti Rai said that the national flag strengthens the sense of dedication towards the nation in us.

On the concluding occasion, Aditi Chaturvedi, Director, AISECT Group of Universities, while congratulating the successful journey in the campus of the university said that we have to convey our commitment towards the tricolor by connecting everyone with the tricolor campaign with activism and diligence.

On the other hand, Brahm Prakash Pethia expressed his gratitude to all the participants of the bike rally and the police administration and expressed confidence that the students of the university would make their excellent contribution in further empowering the society.
