Sonear Industries Limited, a New Delhi based leading interior design solutions provider is all set to make its stock market debut with an IPO next year. Incorporated in 1999, the company deals in plywood, veneer, laminates, flush door, and blockboard products.
"India has a vibrant construction and plywood industry which is expected to grow in double digits in the coming years. As a strong industry player, we feel that it's time that we take our innovation and operations to the next level. Hence, we are fully committed on the IPO front. Soon, we will be approaching SEBI for the required approvals," said Jitendra Kejriwal, Founder - Sonear Group of Companies.
