The AJK police have arrested BHMS doctor Mayank Srivastava, who aborted a minor Dalit girl student who became pregnant after she was sexually assaulted in Bhopal, accused has been arrested by the police earlier while the clinic has been sealed. The accused doctor had done abortion by taking Rs 50000. The main accused in the case is Faizal Syed Abbas.

Accused Faizal befriended a 16-year-old girl student by introducding himself as Shaan Pandit, then raped her. The accused had also made some videos of the victim, threatening to make them viral, he continued to have a relationship with her for 3 years. She had also got the minor aborted 3 times when she was pregnant.

Once from the doctor and 2 times by giving medicine himself, abortion was done. Fed up with the harassment of the accused, the girl lodged a case at the AJK police station on December 13. Taking the matter seriously, the police arrested the accused Faizal the very next day. Police are inquiring how many abortions have been done so far.

ACP Nidhi Saxena said that on December 13, the student had registered a case of rape and abortio anf hose investigation revealed that 100 meters away from Bagh Sewania police station in Bhopal, the accused Dr. Mayank Srivastava is running a clinic by the name of Chirayu Chikitsalaya.

He has done illegal work, after which his clinic was sealed. The accused doctor has been arrested. The accused will be produced in the court on Friday. Along with this, inquiries are also being made about how many girls and women she has aborted so far. Faizal Syed Abbas, who raped a minor, has already been arrested.

According to the victim student, rape accused Faizal had also pressurized her to change her religion. The victim told that the parents and brother of Faizal Syed Abbas were also aware of the abortion. He also threatened to kill.
