DGP opens mid-career training programme

The mid-career training program organized by the Education Branch Police Headquarters for senior officers of the state was inaugurated by DGP Sudhir Kumar Saxena at the Academy of Administration on Monday, May 29. Speaking on the occasion, Saxena said that this training program is very important for the personality and profession of the officers.

Addressing the participants of the training, he said that the participants should try to learn something or the other from everywhere with their positive thinking.

DGP Saxena said on this occasion that during the training, all the participants in the country and abroad should leave the impression of their better personality.

 While discussing with the officers participating in the training program, ADG Police Training Anuradha Shankar said that all the participants will learn something new in this tour away from their busyness, which will further enhance professional efficiency.

In the program, Director of Academy of Administration, Mujibar Rahman Khan said that no one teaches anything to the participants in this mid-career training, rather they learn from their own experiences. He said that during this training technical nuances of important issues like emotional intelligence and criminal justice will be taught.

The Mid-Career Training Program is organized every year by the Training Branch Police Headquarters to enhance the professional skills of State Police Service officers. During this programme, officers get to learn new dimensions of policing in India and abroad. The third batch of officers is going for training. So far 75 officers have attended this training.
