Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has once again claimed herself to be the real flag-bearer of Indian National Democratic Inclusive Alliance in Bengal dismissing both the Congress and the CPI(M) as stooges of the BJP and asked the people to ignore the other two parties and vote for her Trinamool Congress if they wanted to oust BJP and the Alliance to strive in Delhi.
Apparently playing on the Muslim’s fear of the saffron party, Banerjee said, “the CPI(M) and Congress are the partners of the BJP and are only helping to cut the minority votes so that the TMC can be defeated … They are doing this in the name of INDIA alliance but I am reiterating that there is no Alliance in Bengal … this alliance is only there is Delhi from where we all want to oust BJP.”
Claiming that it was she who had conceived the name of INDIA Banerjee said “no one is keener to save INDIA — which I conceived — than me … after the TMC wins from here, Bengal will then lead INDIA in Delhi … giving vote to the CPI(M) and Congress means minority to divide votes and help the BJP win
Earlier Pradesh Congress president Adhir Chowdhury said that Mamata Banerjee had dissociated herself from the INDIA in order to help the BJP not only in Bengal but also in Delhi. “She has gone out of INDIA which she made clear earlier … now she has realized her mistake and is trying to shed crocodile’s tears the minorities,” he said.
