In Majhauli police station area of Sidhi district, three miscreants raped more than 7 college students by luring them through the voice changing magic voice app. The accused used to pretend to be a college teacher through the app and talk in a woman's voice and called them to isolated places in the name of asking for documents for scholarship.
To avoid any doubt, they used to tell in advance that a boy would come on a bike to pick them up at the designated place and would take them to the teacher.
All the victims of the case belong to the ST category. The accused used to target those college girl students where scholarship is available.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that those who commit such condemnable acts are enemies of the society. Strict action will be taken against the accused.
A 9-member SIT team has also been formed to investigate this matter. At the same time, Congress has cornered the government in this matter.
When a victim complained to the police, the investigation revealed this. Police traced the location and caught the main accused. During interrogation, information was received about the involvement of two more people.
According to police officers, till now the accused have confessed to raping 7 girl students. 4 girl students have lodged FIR. According to police, the number of victims could be even higher. Interrogation of the accused is going on.

After this they started targeting girl students.
One of the four girl students who complained of rape told the police that the rapists used to cover their faces with clothes. But the one who commits rape for the first time has burn marks on both his hands. According to what the victim told the police, then with the help of location and other evidence, the police arrested the main accused and his associates.

Accused Brajesh and his friends had extracted phone numbers of girl students from the WhatsApp group of a government college in Sidhi district.
