BJP terms Cong ‘nyay patra’ an effort to hide injustice

Tuesday, 09 April 2024 | PNS | Ranchi

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday termed the Congress manifesto as an attempt to whitewash the misdeeds of the party when it was in power for over 50 years and said the document called ‘nyay patra’ (document for justice) is an effort to hide the ‘anyay’ (injustice) against the people of the country and state (Jharkhand).

“Congress has done injustice to the country. The party has done injustice to the people of Jharkhand and the entire country,” said BJP State President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi while addressing a press conference at the state office today.

Marandi said that during the time of Congress, facilities had not reached the village. There were no roads in the village, no electricity and the condition of the medical system was bad. Congress never cared about the villages. Congressmen used to talk about the village every day but they did not do any work for the village.

Marandi said that Congress should apologize for misdeeds the party has done. Today the village has roads, electricity and medical facilities. At one time Congress had created a crisis in the entire country.

Marandi said that during BJP rule today no one talks about kerosene, though some people (RJD) are fond of lanterns.

Marandi said that during Congress rule, gas cylinders were not available even in cities. Today every poor house has a gas stove. During the BJP rule, banks were taken to the doorsteps of the poor and people were opened accounts. All the facilities to the villagers are reaching their accounts.

He said that before the BJP rule, there were incidents of extremism and terrorism in the country, but today Prime Minister Modi looks the terrorists in the eyes and talks. Today India kills terrorists by entering their homes. The riots were at their peak during the Congress rule but today there is peace all around, peace and tranquillity in the country. The country is moving on the path of progress.

Babulal Marandi said that the world does not ask the weak. Today the country is progressing economically. India has today become the fifth economic superpower of the world. Today India has reached second place in manufacturing mobile phones. Earlier we had to get mobile phones from other countries. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's aim is to make India a developed India by 2047 and work is being done rapidly in this direction.

Marandi said that Indi Alliance people abuse Sanatan and Congress remains silent and does not say a word. Remaining silent is also considered as giving approval to the work. Everyone says something about Sanatan but someone should say something about other religions. Understand what will happen then.

Marandi said that Modi's guarantee means guarantee of fulfillment whereas Congress's guarantee means corruption, appeasement, terrorism, support of Tukde Tukde gang, abuse of Sanatan, denial of existence of Ram. State spokesperson Rafia Naz, state co-media in-charge Yogendra Pratap Singh were present in today's press conference.
