Senior BJP leader and Union Minister, Hardeep Singh Puri on Wednesday claimed that BJP is winning all seven Lok Sabha seats of Delhi. Addressing the media here he said that the party has completed several development works worth 54 thousand crore rupees in the last 10 year in the national capital.
Slamming the Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi Government for apathy towards its citizens, he said that Aam Aadmi Party did not implement central flagships like Ayushman Bharat scheme and Pradhan Mantri Awash Yojana in Delhi but the Chief Minister had built luxurious houses for himself.
Ahead of the Lok Sabha polls in the national capital, he enlisted the details of the projects approved by the Centre in the last one decade. He said that Rs 16.188.29 crores have been approved for DDA/MCD/UDF projects, Rs 31,436.74 crores for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) during 2014-2024 and Rs 6,422 crores allotted through MoHUA missions. for the national capital
Constituency-wise, Puri said, North West Delhi had received Rs 7560.36 crore for 44 projects of DDA/MCD/UDF, New Delhi (Rs 1,144.86 crore) for 51 projects, South Delhi (Rs 1,832.60 crore) for 111 projects, Chandni Chowk (Rs 271.93 crore) for 18 projects, North East Delhi (Rs 89.98 crore) for 11 projects, East Delhi constituency (Rs 3,039.48 crore) for 32 projects, West Delhi (Rs 2,232.48 crore) for 332 projects.
