In today’s rapidly digitalizing world, BSES is transforming into a green and digital discom, pushing the boundaries of consumer service and innovation in the power sector. By bringing a host of essential services directly to the mobiles of over 50 lakh consumers, BSES is leading the charge towards a more sustainable, tech-driven future.

WhatsApp is emerging as a powerful platform in this transformation. BSES has now introduced 25 services on WhatsApp. Apart from this, the discom has also introduced WhatsApp services in Hindi.

Consumers simply choose the language – English and Hindi- to avail a service on WhatsApp.

Now BSES consumers can avail services with just a single message—making interactions with their power distributor simpler, faster, and more environmentally friendly.

Gone are the days when consumers needed to visit a BSES office in person.

Today, BSES empowers its consumers to avail a variety of services from the comfort of their homes, contributing to a greener ecosystem by reducing paper and travel, officials said.

Consumers can send a ‘Hi’ to 8800919123 (BRPL) or 8745999808 (BYPL) and instantly connect to over 25 vital services across 10 plus categories.
