On the occasion of Rang Panchami, a colorful procession will take place in Indore . Collector and District Magistrate Ashish Singh inspected the route of the colorful procession (ger) to be taken out on the occasion of Rang Panchami on Saturday. During this, he gave necessary directions to the concerned officials keeping in view various points including maintaining law and order and public safety.
During the Collector's visit, Commissioner Indore Municipal Corporation Shivam Verma and senior officials of the police administrati were present. It is noteworthy that efforts are also being made by the district administration to include Ger in the UNESCO heritage.
