Under the direction of Dhar Superintendent of Police Manoj Kumar Singh, Dhar Police succeeded in arresting three miscreants for smuggling illegal drug smack (brown sugar), under the de-addiction campaign.
In a joint action by Cyber Cell and Naugaon police station team, three accused were caught red handed while smuggling illegal drug smack (brown sugar) on Pulsar motorcycle.
The team recovered 7.60 grams of illegal smack/brown sugar worth Rs 15,000, 2 mobile phones worth Rs 11,000 and the Pulsar motor cycle used in the incident worth Rs 60,000, totaling Mashruka worth Rs 86,000 from the possession of the three accused.
For the past several days, complaints were being received in Dhar city and surrounding areas regarding drug dealers pushing the young generation into the drug addiction. On which Superintendent of Police Dhar, Manoj Kumar Singh, under the direction of Additional Superintendent of Police, Dhar, Dr. Inderjit Bakalwar, all the S.D.O.P./ N.P.U. the police station in-charge as well as cyber branch in-charge Bherusingh Deora were directed to take appropriate action.
In the same sequence, .The Cyber ??Cell team received information from the informer that Mohan Sisodiya, resident of Sanjay Colony, his friend Shubham, resident of Bramhakundi and Tushar, resident of Balaji Nagar, all three were found in a black Pulsar motorcycle number MP 11 NJ 9391 with brown sugar/ Hiding the smack, they are bringing it from Ratlam side to Dhar via Tornod Tolnaka.
Cyber cell in-charge Bherusingh Deora informed the senior officers about the informer's information and a cyber branch Dhar and police station Naugaon police team was formed under the leadership of city superintendent of police Dhar Ravindra Vaskale. Taking joint action by the formed team, 3 suspects were surrounded and caught near Dhar Ratlam Road in front of Tornod toll gate, while searching whom 7.60 grams of illegal drug smack (brown sugar) was found from them. On which crime number 94/24 section 8, 21, 29, Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered against the three accused in Police Station Naugaon. The crime was registered under section 1985 and taken up for investigation.
