Lok Adalat at Garhwa court

As per the instructions of Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JLSA), Ranchi, under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority Garhwa, on the instructions of  Principal District Judge cum-Chairman District Legal Services Authority Garhwa,  Rajesh Sharan Singh, "Monthly Lok Adalat was organized  on Saturday. 

  A total of 142 cases were disposed of including 42 cases from Criminal Compoundable, 71 cases related to Electricity Department, 02 cases from Motor Vehicle Act, 01 case from Family Court and 25 cases from Nagar Untari Sub-Divisional Officer. In which a total revenue of Rs. 16,78,200.00/- was received.

 

For the Lok Adalat , five benches (including Nagar Untari Sub-Divisional Civil Court) were constituted for the execution of various matters, in which  , District and Additional Sessions Judge-First Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Additional Cheif Judicial Magistrate, Nagar Untari Arvind Kachhap, Additional Cheif Judicial Magistrate Ms. Sangeeta, Judicial Magistrate Smt. Veena Kumari, , Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate  Abhinav Kumar,  were present. Along with the Judicial Magistrate, one advocate each was also nominated for all the benches. Among them were Advocate  Haseshwar Pandey-Nagar Untari, Anita Ranjan,  Nityanand Dubey and  Vijay Kumar.

On the  occasion, judicial officers, advocates, court staff, PLB Suryadev Chaudhary and parties were present.
