Samples of three fertilizers taken from M/s Micro Agri Bio Control and Research Private Limited located at Pigdambar on AB Road in Indore district have been declared non-standard.
Further action is also being taken against this institute by the Agriculture Department.
It should be noted that on February 12, 2024, M/s Micro Agri Bio Control and Research Pvt. Ltd. A B Road Pigdambar Mhow a surprise inspection was conducted by the Agriculture Department team including District Level Quality Control Team of Agriculture Department, Indore. During inspection, the team was not cooperated by Proprietor Bharat Bhushan Sharma.
No documents were presented. Bharat Bhushan Sharma came to the office of Deputy Director Agriculture, Indore and misbehaved with the officers present there and caused disruption in government work. FIR was filed for using abusive language and showing bullying behavior.
A threat was made to file a complaint by Proprietor against the government inspection team. The manufacturing unit was inspected again by the team on 14 February 2024. During inspection, manufacturing and storage of suspicious fertilizers/biofertilizers was found. The team took 3 samples from the stored fertilizers and sent them to the laboratory for analysis.
Deputy Director Agriculture Shiv Singh Rajput told that the team has conducted research on M/s Micro Agri Bio Control and Research Pvt. Ltd. A.B. Under Section 28 (1), (4), 7, Section 8 (1) (2) of Fertilizer Control Order 1985 and Section 3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act 1955, against Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Proprietor of Road Pigdambar, Mhow, District Indore. An FIR was lodged at Kishanganj Mhow police station.
