A group of 17 trainee IAS officers of 2023 batch from Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie visited BHEL, Bhopal factory today. During the visit, the officers visited various blocks learning about the equipment being manufactured here.
GP Baghel, General Manager (Quality) and SK Mahajan, General Manager (TCB) gave the officers detailed information about Ultra High Voltage Laboratory and Transformer Manufacturing while Naresh Singh, Additional General Manager (TPTN) gave them detailed information about Traction Motor Department & the works being done in the block and other equipment under construction for Vande Bharat trains.
Earlier, in a meeting held in the Administrative Building, BK Singh, General Manager (Human Resources) and RK Aggarwal, General Manager (CPX & LGX) gave information about BHEL, Bhopal and answered their queries. Congratulating the officers on behalf of Executive Director, Rajeev Singh, BK Singh said that administrative officers have a very important role in the all-round development of the country.
Mohit Shah, Senior Deputy General Manager (CPX) gave information about the products and facilities available at BHEL, Bhopal while Arif Ahmed Siddiqui, Additional General Manager (HR) gave a presentation on various aspects of Human Resource Management.
Vinodanand Jha, Additional General Manager (Publicity and Public Relations) compered the program and proposed the vote of thanks.
