CMPDI recommended for continuation of its QMS license as per IS/ISO 9001:2015 standard

Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDI) has been recommended for the continuation of its Quality Management System (QMS) license as per IS/ISO 9001:2015 standard after successful completion of Surveillance Audit of QMS at its Headquarters, Ranchi. The audit was conducted on April 28th and 29th, 2025, by an auditor from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The Auditor presented the continuation of QMS certificate to Manoj Kumar, CMD, CMPDI.

 

The purpose of the audit was to ensure that the implementation of CMPDI's QMS continues to conform to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 international standard, and that it is effectively implemented and maintained across the organization.

 

During the two-day assessment, various departments and functions within CMPDI were thoroughly evaluated and it was found that the organization's Quality Management System is in conformity with the requirements of the above standard and found to have been effectively implemented to achieve the policy and objectives."

 

CMPDI has reiterated its dedication to maintaining high-quality standards and continuously improving its systems and services. The organization is committed to being a leading consultancy in the mineral and mining industry.
