Saturday, 12 April 2025 | PNS | Ranchi

As per the pre-scheduled programme, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the State Congress Chief Keshav Mahato Kamlesh to make the human chain organised on the occasion of Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar's birth anniversary on April 14 a success.

In the meeting, tasks were divided among various leaders, workers and office bearers for the success of the programme. On this occasion, Kamlesh said that the BJP is trying to create a toxic environment in the Country, the rights given to the common citizens by the Constitution are being hurt. To protect the Constitution and the powers trying to create a line of division among the common people, we have to constantly agitate against their designs, it is the duty of Congressmen to make the public aware of their truths, he added.

The party State Chief also said that the programs are to be run throughout the year under the Constitution Protection Campaign. In this series, by forming a human chain in the State Capital on April 4th, we have to send a message to the people of Jharkhand that the Congress stands with them to protect their rights and the rights given in the Constitution.

Kamlesh also said that on Baba Saheb's birth anniversary, we have to pledge that we will take strong steps to fight the communal forces. Today, BJP wants to snatch the rights of people standing at the lowest rung of the society and hand them over to the exploiting capitalist classes, but Congress will not let this happen. Today, the country needs mutual unity. Instead of dividing the society on the basis of religions or communities, there is a need to show unity and give a befitting reply to the communal forces, he added.
