Founded in Ranchi, Jharkhand, “Mindset” is a pioneering initiative spearheaded by a diverse group of professionals and changemakers—including musician Rajkumar Pathak, Dr. Suhas Tetra, and Sanjeev Bajaj—who recognize the pressing need to address emotional and psychological resilience in today’s society. The initiative brings together a powerful collective: Director Amol Ranjan (RINPAS), Dr. Rajesh Balpan, retired judge Adesh Prasad, politician Lalit Ojha, journalist Deepak Ojha, advocate Anup Jha, retired CCL director T.P. Srivastava, Girls Power state head Rahul Pathak, retired SBI AGM Ajay Gupta, psychologist Tanvi Bajaj, businesswoman Pooja Bajaj, and Seva Sadan secretary Ashish Modi.

The “Mindset” movement is timely and deeply relevant, as communities across Jharkhand grapple with rising stress, social pressures, and fractured optimism. This initiative boldly addresses:

- Empowering youth and families to reframe narratives of failure, fear, and isolation.
- Creating platforms for dialogue across professions—blending insights from psychology, law, media, banking, and social service.
- Building bridges between cultural identity and inner strength, vital for a region rich in heritage yet facing modern complexities.
