BJP flays JMM for ‘attack’ on Geeta Koda

Monday, 15 April 2024 | PNS | Ranchi

State BJP President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi today gave a strong reaction to the attack on Geeta Koda and said that seeing the certainty of their defeat, JMM leaders and workers have launched a cowardly attack on Geeta Koda and her colleagues during the election campaign. The amount of condemnation is less.

He said that JMM and its allies know that they are losing badly against BJP in the elections, and in this frustration they are attacking the militant workers of BJP.

He said that when the goons of the JMM government, which claims to protect women in the state, are not afraid of attacking women representatives, then just imagine what will be the condition of the people in the state?

He said that this attack is not only on Geeta Koda but also on the people of Singhbhum who have accepted Geeta Koda as their leader and the people of Singhbhum will give a befitting reply to this.

Marandi said that Seraikela is also the home district of the Chief Minister and we suspect his involvement in this act. Ever since Geeta Koda joined BJP and started speaking vocally on the failures and corruption of Congress and JMM governments, Hemant Soren and his conspiratorial coterie have started attacking first on social media and now from the front.

He said that all the fools and rioters of JMM should be told and understand that Geeta Koda is now a soldier of BJP, every attack on her will be an attack on democracy and we will give a befitting reply to it.

The state police is also proving unsuccessful in stopping these miscreants. He said that I would request the Election Commission to take cognizance of this criminal act and take immediate action. Marandi appealed to the people for peace and said that they should celebrate this festival of democracy peacefully.
