FIR against 43 candidates in JPSC protest case

Principal of Upendranath Verma Inter College, Chatra, Dhaneshwar Prasad has lodged an FIR against 43 candidates in Sadar police station. The candidates are accused of disrupting the examination, disturbing law and order, boycotting the examination and disturbing peace by creating ruckus.

The Principal said that JPSC exam was on 17th March. In this, the question paper packet was opened fulfilling all the standard conditions. But 43 candidates created an uproar. Sadar police station in-charge Vipin Kumar said that a case has been registered on the application of the college principal. Further action is being taken. It is known that the candidates had created a lot of ruckus during the PT examination on Sunday.

On the other hand, two separate cases have been registered at Mihijam police station on Sunday on charges of disrupting the JPSC (PT) examination in Tribal Evening (Degree) College, Mihijam and obstructing government work. Where the first case has been registered on the written complaint of Executive Magistrate Ajaz Hussain Ansari posted as Magistrate in Tribal Evening (Degree) College. A case has been registered against 50 unknown persons including Bineet Kumar (Roll Number-23285718) under Mihijam police station case number-20/2024 under section 143/188/353/379/454/504/120 (B) of IPC. .

Here in the second case, on the written complaint of Karmatand CO Rampravesh Kumar, a case was registered against 20 named accused under section 143/188/353/379/454/504/120 (B) of IPC under Mihijam police station case number-21/24. Has gone.
