In compliance with the order of National Green Tribunal, the auction of properties of Bairagarh blast accused Rajesh son of Nandlal and Somesh son of Nandlal Aggarwal was completed on Tuesday in the premises of Court Tehsildar Harda.
Collector Aditya Singh said that the total immovable property of both the accused is Khasra number 24, whose total value as per government guidelines is Rs 69 lakh 41 thousand 984. Against this, the highest bid of Rs 2 crore 65 lakh 42 thousand was received.
He said that out of the immovable properties of the accused, no bidders placed any bid on Tuesday against two Khasra number 160/18 in village Rahtakhurd and Nazul seat number 10B plot number 74 situated in Ward number 5 Harda. According to government guidelines, the value of this immovable property is Rs 1 crore 54 lakh 85 thousand 875 and the market value is approximately Rs 3 crore 99 lakh 50 thousand.
Collector Aditya Singh said that the auction of the property which was not bid on Tuesday will be conducted again in the next 7 days. He said that the lands on which the highest bid has been received will be sent to the team formed at the district level for approval and after getting approval from the team, further action will be taken as per rules.
