Garhwa DC Harsh Mangala today ordered to deduct five days’ salary of Marketing Officer Gulam Rabbani, who was absent from the review meeting of Food Supply and distribution department.
During the review meeting, the DC directed Block Supply officers to list the names of those Public distribution System dealers who failed to lift food grains and bring them and bring them to meeting to decide action against them.
During the review of the month of March and April the DC instructed to put up the report of the month of April within 24 hours. The DC also reviewed the distribution of food grains from offline machines, under which the Block Supply Officers were asked whether the food grains distributed from the offline machine data have been uploaded or not. The Deputy Commissioner directed all the Block Supply Officer to give the proof in writing.
