Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), on Thursday, alleged that the State Government is not redressing the problem of displaced people of coal mines area and it is duping people by repeatedly making several false promises.

Addressing a gathering in Dhanbad during fourth phase of ‘Sanghrsh Yatra’ JMM Executive President, Hemant Soren said that this is the place where JMM Supremo Sibu Soren had started many movements to form Jharkhand State by bifurcating Bihar. “Till now the State government has not been able to provide proper place for displaced people in the area. However, on the name of mining a large number of cases are coming to life every day of land seizing by the government,”he added.

Speaking on the occasion Soren said, “It is very sad to say that wearing soil on its forehead the State Government is working for dividing people on the basis of cast and religion. At present entire business community leaving their business due to fear of Mafias. In the name of ease of doing business the government is demanding money from the businessmen,” he added.

While speaking on problem of Coal capital- Dhanbaad, Soren said that Dhanbad become bastion of coal thieves. “Due to illegal mining a numbers of people are dying under the closed mines and government is doing nothing for the problem,” he added.

Lambasting on the Government the JMM executive president said, “Our ancestors sacrificed their lives with the objective that no one dies of hunger in Jharkhand after the struggle, every household and farms will get water, youth will not be unemployed, but what got - exploitation, fear, hunger, corruption, unemployment, rape. In 2014, the BJP formed the Government by purchasing MLAs and since then, they have given a lot of fear, terror and loot in Jharkhand.”

While recalling old days of the State, Soren said, “The State was under possession of the moneylenders; our ancestors struggled with them and made the State free from money lenders. Now, this party of the moneylenders (BJP) is remaining in power with money and falsehood and is capturing our waters and forests.”

Soren appealed to the industrialist that they should follow the pollution rule made by theGovernment because increasing air pollution is creating many problems in the daily life of the people. While concluding his address Soren said that he will work for all sections of society after the formation of government in 2019, and added that he will take whatever is the best step for your honorarium and betterment.
