A new mobile app ‘RSP Town Services Billing’ for consumers was launched by Director in- Charge Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) Atanu Bhowmick in presence of other senior officials.
The app contains features like house rent, electricity and water charges, as well as recent notices and circulars, guidelines, FAQ etc.
The most important feature of the app is that, the consumers can also view their current bills as well as the outstanding dues of last six years with details. They can also make payment through “SBI collect†directly by clicking the link given at the top of the bill in the app.
Apart from that, the consumers can also know about any new notification by clicking on the notification and can also view terms and conditions by clicking on “Terms & conditions†of payment system.
