Zunheboto Battalion of Assam Rifles conducted a training and coaching session for local youth aspiring for govt jobs at Zunheboto town, Zunheboto district, Nagaland from January 25 to February 19 under OP Sadbhavana.
The training aimed to guide the youth aspiring to join govt jobs specifically the Indian Armed Forces and give them insight into selection procedures and its preparation. Before the commencement of training, Zunheboto Battalion reached out to remote villages with paucity of resources and identified the 40 potential candidates, both girls and boys, who needed coaching and guidance. During the three weeks of training, the candidates were provided with free stationery, competition study material and accommodation.
The training was focused on imparting practical knowledge of various aspects of competitive exams including documentation, written exam and personal interview. Civil administrative, students and their parents expressed gratitude and appreciated the efforts of Assam Rifles for guiding and channelising youth energy in a positive manner.
