Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Tuesday said that sensing their possible defeat in the Lok Sabha polls, Congress leaders in Chhattisgarh are making derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Addressing a nomination rally of BJP candidate from here Radheshyam Rathia, Sai said: “They are baffled over their certain defeat and are making shameless comments.”
“The comments on Modiji is humiliating and a befitting reply would be given to them to teach the Congress a lesson”, he said.
Sai said that none of the 36 promises made by the Congress during the 2018 Assembly polls were completely fulfilled.
Citing works done in his four months tenure, Sai said the BJP government led by him was committed for fulfilling all the promises made during 2023 Assembly polls.
