Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Sunday hit out at the Congress saying it will be eliminated in the general elections.

He was addressing a public meeting in Harvel village of Keshkal.

Sai said: “All of you trusted the BJP in the last Assembly elections and elected BJP MLA in Keshkal."

Said said: “The Congress government had made the poor homeless by not providing them pucca houses in the last five years. As soon as our government was formed, we approved permanent houses for 18 lakh families.

"By doing scam in PSC, the Congress played with the future of promising sons and daughters of the state... CBI investigation has started and the culprits will soon be in jail. Now the Congress has to be wiped out in the Lok Sabha polls."

He appealed to the masses to elect the BJP candidate in so that Narendra Modi has to be reinstated as the Prime Minister.

The BJP government in Chhattisgarh has fulfilled the promises of Prime Minister Narendra Modi made during the assembly poll within just three months of retaining power in Chhattisgarh, he claimed.
