The AYUSH Department of AIIMS Bhopal organized a Swarn Prashan ceremony on Tuesday. This ceremony aimed at enhancing the overall health and well-being of children through the administration of Swarna Bhasma, a traditional Ayurvedic formulation. The event witnessed the participation of 86 children, who eagerly gathered at the AYUSH Department of AIIMS Bhopal. Swarna Prashan program in Pushya Nakshatra is organized every month under the direction of Executive Director (Dr.) Ajai Singh at AYUSH Department of AIIMS Bhopal since last one year.
The Swarn Prashan ceremony, conducted by Dr. Ranjana Pandey, Medical Officer marked a significant effort to provide holistic healthcare. Swarn Prashan is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves administering Swarna Bhasma to children to boost their immunity and promote overall growth and development. Swarna Bhasma, prepared from purified gold, is known for its therapeutic properties in Ayurveda.
