The government is committed to ensure a better future for the young generation of the state. In this regard, efforts are on to show the way to the new generation and add a new dimension for career building. In this context, the signing of MoU for placement linked based program "Tech Bee" between the Department of School Education and Literacy and HCL Tech is a big step. Chief Minister Hemant Soren was addressing the program organized in this regard at the Jharkhand Ministry today. He said that with this initiative, the youth of the state will get an opportunity to realize the dream of a bright future in the field of information technology.
The Chief Minister appreciated HCL's "Tech Bee" program for connecting Jharkhand students to the IT sector after 12th class. He said that if any company/institution takes initiative to provide jobs along with technical education and skill training to the young generation here, then the state government will provide full support to it. He said that our government is working with determination to provide quality education, skill development and employment to children.
The Chief Minister said that "Tech Bee" is a program through which students are getting an opportunity to build a certain future along with completing school education. Not only will this, after successful training, there also be opportunities to get jobs and higher education. He told the students that they should give a new direction to their career by becoming a part of this program with full dedication. He said that there should be a concrete initiative to provide all kinds of information related to this program to school students.
The Chief Minister said that there is no dearth of talent and skill among the children of the state. The need is to show them the right path so that they can move forward. Our government has been constantly trying to provide better education to the new generation here along with training and employment for skill development through various schemes.
The Chief Minister said that Guruji Credit Card Scheme has been started so that the children of the state do not have to face financial constraints in studies. Whether you want to study engineering, or management or any other course, under the Guruji Credit Card Scheme, you will get a loan of up to Rs 15 lakh without any guarantee. All of you will be supported at every level by the government.
On this occasion, Minister of School Education and Literacy Department, Ramdas Soren, Chief Secretary Alka Tiwari, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, Avinash Kumar, Secretary of School Education and Literacy Department, Umashankar Singh, Director of Jharkhand Education Project Council, Shashi Ranjan and Senior Vice President of HCL Tech, Subbaraman Balasubramaniam were present.
