Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CGPCC) President Bhupesh Baghel in his tweet has warned the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party Government in the State that in case action is not taken against the guilty officials of Bilaspur responsible for cane charge incident , the party will accord an ‘unprecedented’ welcome to Prime Minister Narendra Modi whose visit to Chhattisgarh had been scheduled on September 22.
“Police is playing like a puppet at the hands of the government and a befitting reply would be given to it, he said.
