A review meeting of District Water and Sanitation Mission was held under the chairmanship of Garhwa Deputy Commissioner, Harsh Mangala, here on Wednesday.
In the meeting, he firstly discussed the panchayat wise target and achievements.
The concerned Block Development Officer and the in charge of the Panchayats, who have fewer achievements according to the target of Panchayats, have been instructed to complete 100 per cent work.
In order to get good ranking in photo uploading for Garhwa district, all Block Development Officers were instructed to set up volunteer and farming friend in the photo uploading work from the concerned panchayats, as well as shot out all kinds of problems in toilets construction by convening a meeting of Mukhiya and Jal Sahaiya.
In the meeting also directed to having 90 to 100 per cent sanitation coverage of the toilets in the back up to the villages will held the earliest Gram Sabha and directed to declare the ODF, to facilitate the ODF verification.
Deputy Development Commissioner, Naman Priyesh Lakra, Block Development Officer of all the blocks and the officer and other employees of SBM rural were present in the meeting.
