As many as 62 PSOs posted with various protectees Governor House, Chief Minister residence, along with Judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court, senior officers of the State Government and other dignitaries participated in the course.

A psychologist also conducted a psychological test upon all the PSOs.

While addressing the participants, DGP crime PK Agrawal said that duty of PSO is very hard as they have to remain vigilant round the clock.

This training programme would definitely help in inculcating awareness about the nature and causes of stress and its preventive measures so as to promote a healthy life style. Speaking on this occasion, former bureaucrat and motivational speaker Vivek Atray, who was invited to boost the morale of PSOs, delivered informative lectures on the topics like causes and ill-effects of stress and how to manage this. He also emphasized on promoting positivity and creativity in society.
