Underprivileged children participate in IGRMS Children’s Week

Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya is celebrating Children’s Week November 14 to 20, 2018. Under this programme, a special visit known as “Dastak Naunihalon Ki” being organised, where on Friday November 16, students from various schools participate along with them 350 under privileged children from Sanskar Vidya Niketan and Museum School participated.

The students were given a guided tour and documentary based on Sangrahalaya was screened for them. This programme is being coordinated and special tour are been given by Garima Anand (Museum Associate). She said “The aim of this programme is to introduce children to India’s rich cultural heritage”.
