The two-day Digital Marketing Workshop, organized by “Advotis 360” Managing Director Aftab U Ahmed, concluded here on Saturday. Two digital experts Alok Aggarwal (from Delhi) and Subrata Kundu (from Kolkata) were joined as the keynote speakers for the workshop.

On the last day of workshop the speakers said that digital marketing is power of every second Indian.  Nowadays Social media marketing is very important because now customers are more present in social media. Many tools of digital marketing are focused, inexpensive and interactive methods of targeting. Information about local business marketing was also given in this workshop.

Similarly, some important topics were also discussed like what is SEO and how it is helpful to become number 1, effectives of reviews on Digital World, what if the old SEO works goes wrong, detection of wrong work. Importance of Social media, how to do social media promotions (facebook, instagram, twitter). Video Marketing , Google Adwords , Email marketing , E - commerce marketing trends in mobile app and app marketing , creating marketing funnel .

On the first day of workshop Panel discussion was done were challenging and opportunities in this field was discussed.

Many leaders from different sectors participated in the panel discussion and shared their views on Digital Marketing. A local daily’s CFO Alok Poddar said that upcoming future is of   digital but still in the present  print media plays a important role.

 While digital has not yet become as reliable. Shiv Kumar of Hill Top Motors said that earlier advertisements used to cost lakhs of rupees, but  now is done in thousands of rupees, social media is a good medium to reach people.

Workshop was conducted for the Editors, Publishers, Online Publishers , senior sub editors, social media editors, college students, digital content producers and digital sales, marketing and advertising personnel, Web designers, PR agencies etc.
