Central Govt launches website called ‘59 minutes’

Executive Director of Bank of India AK Das said that the Central Government has launched a website called 59 minutes, in which the small, micro and medium enterprises have been given the facility to apply from home itself.

Das was addressing an event organised in Bhopal on Friday. Das said that as small as the development of the industry, the young will get jobs. Das told that all banks have been added to this web site and applicants can choose the bank on their own.

The 100 day event of programme by the Central Government is being conducted in 104 districts. Bank of India is working as a leading bank in Bhopal district and with the help of various banks and district business center, Mega Camp was organised in Bhopal on Friday, this is the fourth Mega Camp in the same series. In addition, 5 other camps have been organised by the Bank of India in the district.

During the camp, 283 applications were received for the Prime Minister's Security Insurance Scheme and 118 applications were received under Prime Minister Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna. 107 beneficiaries of the mudra scheme, 28 beneficiaries of PSB Lone In 59 minutes and 14 beneficiaries of SMEs were sanctioned loan on this occasion.

Over 400 participants attended the program. Information about the programme was given by Shailendra Shrivastav, District Manager, Bhopal, General Manager, Bank of India, NBG Central AK Jain, Zonal Manager, Bank of India Bhopal Zone Biswajit Mishra, Assistant General Manager KB Lal and Vinay Singh, General Manager of IDBI Bank Revdekar gave information about various schemes launched by Government of India.
