Committee formed to prevent legal tussle over transfers

State government formed a committee comprising its senior secretaries to hear complaints of transfer-rule violation in the transfer list going to be released soon to prevent any legal tussle over the issue.

The committee comprises Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development R.P. Mandal, Manoj Kumar Pingua, Principal Secretary Commerce and industries and In-charge Secretary General Administration  Department.

According to an order issued recently, the  committee is formed to prevent the complainants from approaching the court.

The complainant had to submit their application within 15 days from the date of issuance of transfer order.
