Election Commission of India for the Dantewada (ST) by-poll has permitted the shifting of 28 highly-sensitive polling booths, existing in remote areas of the constituency.
The district administrative officials have been directed to ensure maximum publicity in the villages regarding the shifting of all these polling booths.
The administration has been also given instruction to make the electors aware of the decision through wall writings in villages and verbal announcements on regular basis through kotwars.
