Federation of Jharkhand Chamber and Commerce and Industries (FJCCI) on Wednesday accelerated its drive against the State Government for alleged irregularities in functioning in various areas like erratic power supply, land revenue, transport, single window system, urban development and others.

Addressing a press meet FJCCI president Ajay Maroo said that inability of the government officials, insensitivity of the government and poor communication system between businessmen and government have brought recession in the State.

“Business community is disturbed due to impractical policies of the State Government. Transport, Land Revenue and Single Window System all are online system but without personal interference it is difficult to execute any work. Businessmen, Industries and professionals are revenue generators for the government but the government never thinks about them. The Government has to consider that development of State is dependent on development of us,” said Maroo.

Hitting hard on Government’s policies Maroo said that organising of Momentum Jharkhand had shown that the mentality of Government officials is something different and they don’t like to industrialize the State.

“Continuously closer of industries and after cautioning so many times the Government’s neglect of local produce in Government’s purchase has hampered growth of industry in the State. Many a times we tried to attract eye on the State Government on decreasing tax collections but the Government neglected our suggestions,” said Maroo.
