Bhopal: To mark UNICEF India at 70 UNICEF offices, in Bhopal had open house, wherein they will around 80 adolescents and young people who will be sharing their views and presenting activities to speak on child rights. This year world is marking 30th anniversary of signing of The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) and UNICEF India presence for 70 years in India and this open house is part of the celebration for both

Srinivas gets farewell at BHEL

Bhopal: In a simple programme held at Third Floor Administrative Building BHEL, Bhopal DK Thakur, Executive Director BHEL, Bhopal bade farewell to GK Srinivas, General Manager (LGX) on attaining the age of superannuation along with 10 other employees comprising of 04 executives and 06 workmen. Thakur in his address appreciated the contribution extended by Srinivas and other employees in various capacities. On this occasion M Isadore, General Manager (HR) and all general managers were present.

Minister launches call centre

Bhopal: Public Relations Minister PC Sharma launched a call centre to provide facilities to the general public and to resolve their grievances. Residents of Bhopal’s. South-West Assembly area can file their complaints regarding electricity, roads, water and beneficiary oriented schemes of their wards from home on the mobile no; 8982464232 from 8 am to 8 pm. Once the complaint is filed, it will be delivered directly to the concerned department and the problem will be resolved as soon as possible. On the first day of the launch of the call centre, the task of solving problems has started.
