In a major reshuffle, 11 Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) of Delhi Police were transferred in national Capital on Wednesday. This is the first transfer list issued by Delhi Police head quarters after the model code of conduct for general elections 2019 was lifted.
Amit Kaushik (DANIPS) who was posted as ACP, Kamla Market in Central Delhi will be taking new charge as ACP in Chanayka Puri in New Delhi district. Uma Shankar (DANIPS) who was ACP at South-West district Delhi Cantt has been transferred as ACP operations in West district.
Whereas, Mayank Bansal (DANIPS) will be taking charge as ACP, Vivek Vihar in Shadara district after his transfer from Lakshadweep. Manish Jorwal (DANIPS) who was posted as ACP with traffic will now be ACP of Delhi Cantt.
Sanjeev Tyagi who was posted as ACP operations in West has been given new charge as ACP, Outer North district. Satish Kumar, ACP of PG Cell has been transferred to Special Branch. Raghu Raj posted at vigilance department has been transferred as ACP, Kamla Market.
Gulam Sabir, who was in Police Control Room (PCR) unit, has been transferred as ACP traffic. Chittar Mal Meena, ACP of Police Training College (PTC) has been given the charge of ACP, CAW Cell, Outer district.
ACP Sanket Kaushik who was in security has been transferred to traffic while ACP Rajbir Malik has been transferred from security to PCR unit.
